Terms and Conditions
1. Company Information
Coolsand Studio Ltd, trading as Enamel Badges, is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16556960, with its registered office at Kinetic Business Centre, Theobald Street, Borehamwood, WD6 4PJ.
2. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions with Coolsand Studio Ltd trading as Enamel Badges, whether you are a business or an individual purchasing for personal use. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
3. Orders
3.1 All orders must be confirmed in writing (email or other electronic means) and are subject to acceptance by us.
3.2 We will provide artwork for approval before production. It is your responsibility to check for errors in spelling, layout, colours, and design.
3.3 Once artwork is approved, production begins immediately, and no further changes can be made.
3.4 Minimum order quantities may apply for bespoke items.
4. Pricing & Payment
4.1 Prices are quoted exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
4.2 A deposit or full payment may be required before production begins.
4.3 For business customers with agreed terms, payment must be made within the period stated on the invoice.
4.4 We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue payments at the statutory rate.
5. Delivery
5.1 Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5.2 We are not liable for delays caused by third parties, customs, adverse weather, or other events beyond our control.
5.3 Risk passes to you upon delivery.
6. Returns, Refunds & Faults
6.1 As most of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns unless the goods are faulty or incorrect.
6.2 Faults or errors must be reported within 7 days of receipt with supporting photographs.
6.3 If a fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
6.4 For consumer orders (B2C), your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 By submitting artwork or designs to us, you confirm you own or have permission to use all related intellectual property.
7.2 You grant us a non-exclusive licence to reproduce your designs for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
7.3 We accept no liability for copyright or trademark infringement relating to artwork you supply.
8. Use of Product Images for Marketing
8.1 We may photograph the products we create and share them on our website, social media (including Instagram), and other marketing platforms.
8.2 These photos may include client logos, slogans, or brand names.
8.3 If you do not want your order shared publicly, please notify us in writing before production begins. We will always respect such requests.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, goodwill, or reputation.
9.2 Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied, except in cases of personal injury caused by our negligence.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
